memory, a second step was taken and collaboration began with
culinary and hospitality professionals from the city.
The combination of these two bodies of knowledge has led to a culinary recipe proposal, an iconic dish of the city, that captures the essence of L'Hospitalet.
The xefla goes beyond a specific recipe. It is an inclusive, adaptable and open proposal, open to reinterpretation, with the aim that everyone can make their own version.
