The Barrina Tower is the engine of the city’s social innovation, in addition to being the municipal multimedia creation centre of L’Hospitalet. It is an open and inclusive space that promotes and accompanies the evolution of any citizen project that, through experimentation, creativity and technology, aims to have a greater social impact. It is an extraordinary facility that seeks to promote processes of citizen innovation that become part of the cultural, social and economic ecosystem of the city.
